Welcome to my webpage. A little about myself….

My path as a spiritual director is rooted in a lifelong practice of deep listening and accompaniment. With a background in social justice work at home and abroad, I bring a heart grounded in compassion and care.
My own spiritual journey has been shaped by many teachers and traditions — from early roots in the United Church of Canada to the insights of Feminism, Buddhism, Mysticism, and Contemplative Christianity.
Chronic illness has also been one of my most profound teachers over the past 25 years, inviting me into deeper stillness, surrender, and grace.
I live in the forests of Bowen Island, where I’m involved with the Rivendell Contemplative Community and help facilitate silent retreats through the Rivendell Hermitage. My own spiritual practices include gardening, meditation, creativity, humour, reading poetry, and time in silence.
